to join their team. This role is unique as it requires a strong blend of sales support capabilities and robust financial proficiency. You will be a key partner to the Managing Director, ensuring that the company commercial operations are backed by accurate data and sound financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team and Managing Director in daily commercial operations and client communication.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain sales reports and financial forecasts.
  • Assist in budget preparation, tracking sales KPIs, and monitoring department expenses.
  • Draft commercial offers and manage documentation related to sales contracts.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a bridge between the Sales and Finance departments to ensure alignment on pricing and margins.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial principles (margins, P&L impact, budgeting) and the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excel Expert: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization) is a must.
  • MS Office Suite: High proficiency in PowerPoint (for professional presentations) and Word.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and structured reports.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of both Bulgarian and English (written and spoken). German is a plus.
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high level of accuracy, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
