Professional recruitment services
We have insights and a well developed network among the best talents to provide your company the candidates you are looking for. We do not only focus on the qualifications of the people we propose but do in particular analyse if these candidates are suitable to work successfully in your company’s particular working environment.
Since most of our clients are foreign companies, the aspect of cultural differences between managers and staff in Bulgaria and in the company’s home-country are another factor which we consider to be of great importance for your recruitment plans.

Why using the services of an external recruitment agency?
- Access to a wider pool of candidates: Recruitment agencies have a large database of job seekers, giving employers access to a larger pool of potential candidates.
- Time-saving: Recruitment agencies handle the initial screening of candidates, saving employers time and allowing them to focus on more important tasks.
- Expertise: Recruitment agencies have specialized knowledge and experience in recruiting for specific industries and roles, which can help employers find the best candidates for their open positions.
- Cost-effective: Using a recruitment agency can be more cost-effective than recruiting on one’s own, as agencies often have established relationships with job boards and can negotiate lower rates for job postings.
- Screening and assessment: Recruitment agencies have the expertise and tools to screen and assess candidates, which can help employers identify the most suitable candidates for the position.
- Provides a neutral third party: Recruitment agencies act as a neutral third party to help employers and candidates find the best match, which can reduce the risk of bias in the recruitment process.
- Support in on boarding: Recruitment agencies can also assist with the onboarding process, which can help ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Labour market in Bulgaria
The labor market in Bulgaria has been performing well in recent years, with unemployment rates decreasing and economic growth remaining steady. According to data from the National Statistical Institute of Bulgaria, the unemployment rate in Bulgaria was 4.0% at the end of 2022, which is relatively low compared to the European Union average.
Additionally, the Bulgarian economy has been growing at a steady rate, with GDP growth averaging around 3% per year. This economic growth has led to an increase in job opportunities and a decrease in unemployment.
There are some challenges faced by the labor market in Bulgaria, such as a lack of skilled workers in certain sectors, such as technology and healthcare. However, the government has been taking steps to address this through education and training programs.
Additionally, the pandemic has had an impact on the labor market, leading to a decrease in employment and increase in unemployment, however, as the country’s economy started to recover, the labor market is showing signs of recovery as well.
Overall, the labor market in Bulgaria has been performing well in recent years, but there are still challenges that need to be addressed to ensure continued growth and prosperity.
