Technical Advisor (Engineer with experience in metal processing)

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subcontractors and partners to design, develop, and introduce innovative products and services to the market, targeting new clients who can benefit from our solutions and maximize their potential.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise to clients and collaborate closely with sales colleagues to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Deliver comprehensive after-sales support services and offer technical assistance as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and product efficiency.
  • Achieve established targets consistently and effectively coordinate sales projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
  • Conduct regular visits to subcontractors and partners to identify and cultivate potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records.
  • Monitor subcontractors’ and partners’ activities and ensure compliance with agreed terms and quality standards to uphold contractual obligations.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow members of the sales team.
  • Regularly travel to Bulgaria to visit clients (up to 2-3 days per week).

Your profile:

  • Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal processing.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent English language – written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and AutoCAD.
  • Comprehensive understanding of material technical specifications and expertise in metal processing.
  • Self-driven and proactive individual with big motivation for results.
  • Strong business acumen and practical approach.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in prioritization and high degree of integrity
  • Driving license is required.
