Living permanently in Bulgaria with frequent trips to his second home Germany, Dirk Steffes-tun was able to establish an excellent network amongst executives and specialists in various industries (IT, healthcare, marketing) over the last years. His mission is to bridge the gap between Western companies (predominantly German ones) and qualified professionals in South-Eastern Europe in general and Bulgaria in particular. After studies of Political Science and Law at universities in Germany and England, he worked as a political consultant in Brussels and Sofia before founding recruitment agency Balkaninvest in 2009. Beside to his native German, Mr. Steffes-tun is fluent in English and speaks Bulgarian on a working-level.
