Our client is an innovative Sofia-based product company that develops solutions to shape the future of Television on different devices (like Smart TV or Mobile phone). Due to their success and expansion, they are expanding their team and are looking for a motivated

DevOps Engineer

for their office in the center of the city.

Your tasks:

  • Building and maintaining an end-to-end multimedia platform’s infrastructure and services
  • Building and maintaining DevOps tools & platforms
  • Maintaining and ensuring availability of application workloads
  • Provide support to Development and QA teams
  • Make improvements to enhance the current system and deliver reliable and flexible solutions

Your profile:

  • At least 2 years working experience as DevOps Engineer or similar
  • Advanced level of Linux – mandatory
  • Advanced knowledge of Git – mandatory
  • Familiar with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery approach
  • Understanding of UX standards
  • Networking (L2, L3, VLAN, VXLAN, multicast) would be a great plus
  • Any skills with a programming language (e.g. Python, PHP, Perl) would be a great plus!

    Vos missions :

    • Effectuer les saisies administratives dans le logiciel (création et mise à jour des fiches clients et fournisseurs)
    • Assurer la configuration de la base de données et le suivi de ses paramètres
    • Réaliser la facturation
    • Mettre à jour les bases de données clients, fournisseurs et tarifs
    • Traiter les demandes utilisateurs et assurer la résolution de tickets
    • Effectuer des requêtes sur la base de données
    • Participer à la maintenance et à l’amélioration du logiciel métier

    Profil recherché :

    • Expérience préalable dans des projets d’outsourcing en langue française
    • Excellente maîtrise du français (niveau C1 minimum obligatoire)
    • Bonne connaissance de l’anglais professionnel
    • Débutants acceptés si une expérience significative (ex. utilisation de Microsoft Access, gestion de tickets, support informatique) est démontrée

    Senior Java Software Engineer

    to join their team in Bulgaria (from their Sofia office, hybrid or remote).

    The Senior Java Software Engineer role is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to drive a transition to a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture on AWS for a K-12 math education platform. This role involves adopting modern technologies while ensuring the platform supports versioning, publishing, and deep analytics to enhance student learning.

    Mentor your colleagues to build a scalable architecture, promote best practices, and deliver high-quality software in alignment with educational goals.Implement analytics to track student progress and collaborate on math engines for creating, rating, and solving problems, driving adaptive learning features.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the migration to a Java microservices architecture on Kubernetes in AWS, utilizing GraphQL for efficient data handling and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
    • Oversee the entire SDLC from planning to CI/CD deployment, ensuring test automation and reliability at scale.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and analytics teams, providing clear updates and aligning engineering with the educational mission.

    Requirements:

    • A stable work history with at least a few periods of 3 years of continuous employment with the same employer in IT industry – mandatory
    • Experience in a product software company – mandatory
    • 5+ years of Java and Spring Boot expertise for microservices.
    • AWS and Kubernetes experience; Terraform for infrastructure automation.
    • Proficiency in SQL and ideally Hibernate for data persistence.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD and test automation.
