DevOps Engineer

for their office in the center of the city.

Your tasks:

Building and maintaining an end-to-end multimedia platform’s infrastructure and services
Building and maintaining DevOps tools & platforms
Maintaining and ensuring availability of application workloads
Provide support to Development and QA teams
Make improvements to enhance the current system and deliver reliable and flexible solutions

Your profile:

At least 2 years working experience as DevOps Engineer or similar
Advanced level of Linux – mandatory
Advanced knowledge of Git – mandatory
Familiar with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery approach
Understanding of UX standards
Networking (L2, L3, VLAN, VXLAN, multicast) would be a great plus
Any skills with a programming language (e.g. Python, PHP, Perl) would be a great plus!

SysAdmin with Linux

Your tasks:

Engineer and maintain an end-to-end multimedia platform’s infrastructure and delivery for multiple end-clients’ consumption
Make improvements to enhance the current system and deliver reliable and flexible solutions
Manage deployment automation and development environments for the companies’ services and applications
Provide 3rd level of technical support for various projects
An understanding of end-to-end video transcoding and delivery

Your profile:

At least 5 years in Software Development / System Administration / Devops
Linux server installation, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting – mandatory
Bash scripting – mandatory
Networking (L2, L3, VLAN, VXLAN, multicast) – mandatory
Experience with some of the following technologies:
- Kubernetes
- BGP (FRRouting, BIRD)
- DB (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- NGINX w/ php-fpm
- Bind (named)
- Video transcoding and streaming
- Automation (ansible)
- Monitoring (nagios, observium, zabbix)
Any additional programming language (e.g. Python, PHP, Perl) would be a great plus!

Our client is a mid-sized software development company, working for German clients in the public sector (no outsourcing, but for their own software products on a very long-term basis).

We are looking for several

DevOps with German

for a cloud-based project to work in their Sofia office (but also up to 100% remote is possible).

You should have the availability to work in Sofia/Bulgaria on a long-term basis.

Your tasks:

Develop setups for products and design automation for build setups and deployment pipelines
Prepare the environments for our development departments and look after the central repositories
Work closely with the technical customer service
Communication in German and – to some extend – English

Your profile:

University degree or comparable training in computer scince or similar
Professional experience in for example scripting, build automation or software development
Sound understanding of Java, Jenkings and/or Git would be great
Advanced understanding of operating systems and virtualization is a plus
And again: A high level of German language (C1) is compulsory

Junior DevOps

to support them on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

You will be part of a small team and work closely with your colleagues in Western Europe
This can make it necessary to travel inside Europe from time to time
The company uses Agile methods
Home office is possible, but not 100 % (Hybrid model), so you should live in Plovdiv or nearby

What we expect:

2 years Python-experience compulsory, the more the better
Good orientation with Linux environment, including Shell Scripting
Familiar with a Python test framework would be great
Some understanding of Kubernets and Docker round up your profile
Good English language skills
