Senior Product Manager

for their office in the center of the city.

Your tasks:

  • Define product features, write clear detailed requirements
  • Explore and validate ideas for innovation and differentiation
  • Find solutions with development teams, follow closely the technology trends
  • Develop a deep understanding of new market needs
  • You will make data-driven decisions about the direction to grow
  • Stay on track with all major industry standards, profiling of competitors in an assessment analysis, review competitor’s products, analyse trends and identify market opportunities
  • Build product roadmaps and facilitate communication throughout the development process, collaborate with designers, engineers, support, marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver the best TV product on the market
  • Present the product at conferences, customer and partner meetups

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years (more is better) of working experience as product or program manager in a software development
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Business or Marketing
  • Knowledge of the software applications development lifecycle and different frameworks for delivering value (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Communication with customers: ability to conduct presale and customer development, collect feedback and define requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with various functional roles such as marketing, engineering, quality assurance, customer support, sales and UI/UX
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and technology partners
  • A keen eye for good user interfaces and product usability
  • Ability to seek out multiple opinions, yet make decisions and influence positive outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • You are a team player and appreciate a good working spirit

    Vos missions :

    • Gestion et communication des documents : création, traitement et envoi de courriers configurés (enregistrement, publication, notifications, etc.)
    • Mise à jour et suivi de la base de données : utilisation de logiciels spécialisés pour le suivi des dossiers (expérience avec des applications complexes comme des CRM requise)
    • Suivi des délais et des factures : contrôle des échéances et gestion des éléments de facturation
    • Édition de documents : préparation de fichiers au format numérique et physique

    Profil recherché :

    • Expérience préalable dans des projets d’outsourcing en langue française
    • Excellente maîtrise du français (niveau C1 minimum obligatoire)
    • Bonne connaissance de l’anglais professionnel
    • Expérience dans l’utilisation de logiciels complexes (par exemple CRM, bases de données métier)
    • Autonomie, sens de l’organisation, précision et respect des délais
    • Capacité à travailler efficacement à distance
    • Aucun diplôme juridique requis, mais un intérêt marqué pour la compréhension et l’interprétation des textes de loi est attendu

    Chief Accountant

    to lead their accounting team in Sofia.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Supervise a team of 3 qualified accounting professionals and report directly to the management of the company
    • Responsibility for all accounting, finance, controlling and tax issues
    • Monthly, quarter-end and annual accounts according to Bulgarian law and IFRS
    • Maintain good working relations with government and regulatory authorities as well as assist with inspections and audits
    • Create various reports about the company’s activities and for the needs of the Bulgarian management as well as for the HQ (in English language). This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial controlling, risk management and investment appraisal

    Your profile:

    • A very good university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar
    • Several years of experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Risk Management, preferably as Chief Accountant in an international environment
    • A very good knowledge of tax and accounting regulations, IFRS experience is mandatory
    • You demonstrate strong and proven leadership skills, with a particular focus on fostering cooperation and motivation among your team members
    • Proven communication skills on different management levels as well as towards colleagues, auditors and other third parties
    • Sollid knowledge of MS Office and Excel and specialised accounting software, working experience with SAP is an advantage
