For one of our clients, a Western European IT-company with a revolutiory software solution for targeted research institutions, we are currently searching for a capable and motivated

FrontEnd Developer (100% REMOTE)

for their new team. The company is based in Sofia, but you can live everywhere in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

  • Decoupling the Frontend from a Ruby on Rails application
  • Writing high quality DRY code using the TDD principles
  • Reviewing your colleagues

What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer
  • Excellence with JavaScript ES6
  • Experience with a front end framework like Svelte, React, Vue, Angular
  • TDD (with Jest, Jasmine, etc.)
  • Experience with creating cross browser applications
  • Source Control with Git and GitLab with various flows
  • HTML5, CSS3
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Beneficial would be a solid understanding of APIs with a REST-ful architecture or GraphQL
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development process rounds up your profile

    • Knowledge of the widespread industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, UART, I2c, SPI, 1-wire, JTAG, etc.)
    • Good with embedded C programming on bare-metal platform
    • Familiarity with Xilinx development workflow (Vivado + Vitis)
    • Fluency in English language, some German would be a clear advantage
