Balkaninvest ist eine international tätige Personalberatung mit Sitz in Bulgarien. Im Rahmen eines langfristig angelegten Outsourcing-Projekts im Eisenbahnsektor bauen wir unser Team weiter aus.

Wir suchen engagierte Mitarbeiter, die operative Dispositions- und Koordinationsprozesse zuverlässig unterstützen und sich langfristig in ein verantwortungsvolles betriebliches Umfeld einarbeiten möchten.

Die Anstellung erfolgt direkt bei Balkaninvest auf Grundlage eines bulgarischen Arbeitsvertrags.

Wichtig: Die Tätigkeit wird im Schichtbetrieb ausgeübt, wobei der überwiegende Teil der Arbeitszeit in den Nachtstunden liegt. Einsätze an Wochenenden und Feiertagen gehören ebenfalls zum Arbeitsmodell.

Assistenz der Disposition im Eisenbahnsektor (m/w/d) – 100 % Remote in Bulgarien

Die Tätigkeit wird vollständig remote ausgeübt und kann von jedem Wohnort innerhalb Bulgariens erbracht werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im laufenden Eisenbahnbetrieb
  • Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Dispositionsvorgängen
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Personal und Fahrzeugen
  • Vorbereitung und Pflege von Arbeitsaufträgen
  • Dokumentation betrieblicher Meldungen
  • Kommunikation mit vorgegebenen Ansprechpartnern
  • Unterstützung bei Störungen und betrieblichen Abweichungen
  • Strukturierte Übergabe offener Vorgänge beim Schichtwechsel

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Hohes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und technisches Verständnis
  • Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Nachtarbeit, da die Tätigkeit überwiegend nachts ausgeübt wird
  • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Einwandfreies bulgarisches Führungszeugnis
  • Wohnsitz bzw. Arbeitsort in Bulgarien

Berufserfahrung im Eisenbahnsektor ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung. Entscheidend sind die persönliche Eignung und die Bereitschaft für eine strukturierte fachliche Einarbeitung.

    Requirements:

    • English language: B2 or upper. Able to write, speak and understand normal business talk & presentations.
    • Experience with chemicals used in industrial manufacturing, ideally in: Coatings (architectural, industrial, protective) / Adhesives & sealants / Construction chemicals
    • Commercial mindset combined with strong technical credibility.
    • Ability to engage confidently with R&D, production and procurement teams.

    Vos missions

    • Assurer le support administratif auprès d’ingénieurs, de juristes et d’avocats spécialisés en propriété intellectuelle.
    • Ouvrir, gérer et suivre les dossiers relatifs aux marques françaises et internationales, aux brevets ainsi qu’aux procédures contentieuses.
    • Rédiger, préparer et envoyer des correspondances professionnelles en français et en anglais.
    • Assurer le suivi des échéances administratives et veiller au respect des délais.
    • Préparer les éléments de facturation, établir les factures et assurer le suivi des échéances de facturation.
    • Saisir, mettre à jour et contrôler les informations dans des logiciels métiers et des bases de données spécialisées.

    Profil recherché

    • Expérience dans une fonction administrative ou juridique, idéalement au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats, d’un cabinet de propriété intellectuelle ou d’un environnement d’externalisation (BPO/LPO).
    • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral (niveau C1 minimum).

    Key Responsibilities
