to support them on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

  • It is a product company and you will help to make their software better
  • You will be part of a small team and work closely with your colleagues in Europe and the US
  • The company uses Agile methods

What we expect:

  • 2 years working experience as a developer
  • Good understanding of Typescript (compulsory)
  • Familiar with Go
  • Good knowledge of Python
  • You have a basic understanding of Linux administration
  • Docker knowledge would be a plus
  • Kubernetes knowledge would be a plus
  • Working experience with mongoDB
  • Good English language skills

    Field Engineer (Construction Business)

    to provide high-level technical support and engineering expertise directly at construction sites and engineering offices. Your primary mission will be to ensure that its innovative fastening and installation systems are specified, designed, and implemented correctly in large-scale construction projects across the Sofia and Plovdiv regions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Support: Provide on-site engineering consultations, anchor pull-out tests, and technical troubleshooting for complex construction projects.
    • Design & Specification: Work closely with structural engineers and architects to ensure its products are specified in the design phase and included in project bills of quantities.
    • On-Site Supervision: Supervise the correct installation of its systems and provide certifications or technical reports when required.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education: University degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus) is mandatory.

    • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of structural mechanics, building materials, and local construction codes.
    • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural calculation software. Advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

    Human Resources Development Manager

    to cover a key role for the next years (expanding the team from 10 to 40 persons by the end of the project, with approximately 65% being scientists).

    The H2Start project is one of the largest scientific projects in Bulgaria, with total funding of EUR 30M, including EUR 15M directly from the EC Horizon Europe Teaming for Excellence programme and EUR 15M from national co-funding. The project is aimed at the creation of a new hydrogen technologies-based research and innovation center in Stara Zagora at Trakia University. The project includes the Bulgarian Hydrogen Association, as well as the Italian POLITO and CNR as international partners. The project will require a high speed of organisational development and significant capacity growth to ensure high-quality research and strong sustainability during the implementation period until 2031. The objective is to reach EUR 3M annual revenues from sources other than the initial investments.

    Requirements for the Candidate:
