For that goal we are seeking a versatile and dedicated

Mathematics Specialist / CMS Administrator

to join their team in Bulgaria (from their Sofia office or online).

Responsibilities:

  • Teaching at least one online middle school class (up to grade 8).
  • Overseeing the documentation and training materials for our CMS/Homework Online platform.
  • Developing technical expertise for the Student, Parent, and Teacher Portals, as well as the Content Management System.
  • Engaging in feature discussions with engineers, filing detailed mojo tickets, and reproducing issues related to CMS/Homework Online.
  • Creating documentation, conducting training sessions, and producing training videos.
  • Familiarizing yourself with the company methodological foundation of Homework Online.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Pure or Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related tech field.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in English.
  • Highly organized and motivated, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presentation skills, a desire for professional development, and quick learning abilities.
  • Experience in educational settings and/or curriculum development is a significant advantage.

    Vos missions

    • Assurer le support administratif auprès d’ingénieurs, de juristes et d’avocats spécialisés en propriété intellectuelle.
    • Ouvrir, gérer et suivre les dossiers relatifs aux marques françaises et internationales, aux brevets ainsi qu’aux procédures contentieuses.
    • Rédiger, préparer et envoyer des correspondances professionnelles en français et en anglais.
    • Assurer le suivi des échéances administratives et veiller au respect des délais.
    • Préparer les éléments de facturation, établir les factures et assurer le suivi des échéances de facturation.
    • Saisir, mettre à jour et contrôler les informations dans des logiciels métiers et des bases de données spécialisées.
    • Garantir la qualité, l’exactitude et la confidentialité des données traitées.

    Profil recherché

    • Expérience dans une fonction administrative ou juridique, idéalement au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats, d’un cabinet de propriété intellectuelle ou d’un environnement d’externalisation (BPO/LPO).
    • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral (niveau C1 minimum).
    • La maîtrise de l’allemand constitue un atout.
    • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français.
      Très bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Word et Excel.
    • Expérience dans l’utilisation de logiciels de gestion documentaire, de gestion de dossiers ou d’autres applications professionnelles complexes.
    • Sens de l’organisation, autonomie, précision et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
    • Respect strict des procédures et des délais.

    Key Responsibilities
