Branch Manager for Bulgaria

to lead and grow their Bulgarian consulting activities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Acquire new industrial clients in Bulgaria and across Europe for innovation and R&D consulting services.
  • Prepare compelling and well-structured funding applications for national and European grant programs.
  • Support technology-driven companies in identifying suitable public funding opportunities and navigating the application process.
  • Assist in the search for international cooperation partners and the formation of consortia for joint innovation projects.

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed university degree in a scientific, technical, or business-related field (e.g., Physics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering).
  • A passion for sales and consulting, with strong communication skills across various media.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies, coupled with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for preparing funding applications.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and a strong team player who enjoys initiating new projects.
  • Native-level Bulgarian, very good command of English, and German language skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience in consulting, ideally in the field of innovation or public funding.

    The Senior Java Software Engineer role is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to drive a transition to a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture on AWS for a K-12 math education platform. This role involves adopting modern technologies while ensuring the platform supports versioning, publishing, and deep analytics to enhance student learning.

    Mentor your colleagues to build a scalable architecture, promote best practices, and deliver high-quality software in alignment with educational goals.Implement analytics to track student progress and collaborate on math engines for creating, rating, and solving problems, driving adaptive learning features.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the migration to a Java microservices architecture on Kubernetes in AWS, utilizing GraphQL for efficient data handling and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
    • Oversee the entire SDLC from planning to CI/CD deployment, ensuring test automation and reliability at scale.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and analytics teams, providing clear updates and aligning engineering with the educational mission.

    Requirements:
