For one of our clients, a Western European IT-company with a market-leading SaaS-Solution for a specific niche in eCommerce, we are currently searching for a capable and motivated

API Integration Analyst

for their team. Office location is Varna, but there is an option for fully remote!

Responsibilities:

  • You will support the Product owner and other colleagues withe development and optimisation of integrations
  • Provide the development team with sample API requests and responses
  • Ensure high product quality over its lifecycle
  • Relationship management with partners to help them with their integration
  • Close cooperation with QA-colleagues, Product Owners and Development team
  • Report technical issues and recommendatations for new features (e.g. from partners) to the product team

What we expect:

  • At least one year of matching professional experience
  • Very good with REST APIs
  • Experienced in API software testing
  • Previous experience as QA or Business analyst or similar would be a plus
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL queries
  • Any programming skills are a big plus
  • High fluency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Professionalism in communication with our partners
  • Able to create and update technical instructions for the APIs
  • Some understanding of process documentation
  • Fit for a remote position (if you choose this option)

Software Business Analyst

for their team. Remote positions for Sofia or Varna (fully remote option).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Product Owner with requirement elicitation and stakeholder expectation management
  • Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and conformity to standards
  • Create well-structured user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria supported by wireframes and workflows
  • Highlight risks and issues and assist with their resolution in an appropriate manner
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies with the development team

What we expect:

  • At least two years’ experience working in a business analyst role within a software development environment
  • Degree in Computer Science
  • Experience creating wireframes and process flow diagrams
  • Good command of English language.
  • Familiar with Agile
  • Familiarity with REST APIs a clear plus
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence benefitial
