For this top employer we are seeking a highly skilled

Field Engineer (Construction Business)

to provide high-level technical support and engineering expertise directly at construction sites and engineering offices. Your primary mission will be to ensure that its innovative fastening and installation systems are specified, designed, and implemented correctly in large-scale construction projects across the Sofia and Plovdiv regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide on-site engineering consultations, anchor pull-out tests, and technical troubleshooting for complex construction projects.
• Design & Specification: Work closely with structural engineers and architects to ensure its products are specified in the design phase and included in project bills of quantities.
• On-Site Supervision: Supervise the correct installation of its systems and provide certifications or technical reports when required.
• Software Expertise: Utilize and support clients with its specialized design software (e.g., C-FIX) to provide accurate calculation models for fastening solutions.
• Product Training: Conduct technical seminars and hands-on workshops for engineers and contractors regarding the safe and effective use of our systems.
• Market Insight: Monitor technical trends and local regulations in the Bulgarian construction market to provide feedback for product development.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus) is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of engineering experience within the construction industry; previous experience in a field-based technical role is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of structural mechanics, building materials, and local construction codes.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural calculation software. Advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Bulgarian and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Personal Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a highly organized, professional approach.
• Mobility: Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently to construction sites within the assigned regions.
