Risk Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Excellent critical thinking, analyzing the financial situation of the clients and actively participating in determining client-financing limits
  • Collaborate and daily communication with the company’s key customers for collection of late debts
  • Planning and organizing the business trips and meetings with clients regarding the collection of receivables and their financial condition
  • Participating in the work process on the control of receivables and monitos the implementation of the instructions
  • Maintains the appropriate legal and information security of the companies
  • Work closely with the external support in the process of receivables collection
  • The position is directly subordinated to the Chief Financial Officer
  • Building strong partnerships and contacts with financial managers and specialists from other commercial and manufacturing companies and business organizations

Your profile:

  • Normative acts in the field of financial, accounting and contractual activities
  • The terms and conditions for financing and crediting the economic activity
  • Professional experience of 5+ years in the position Risk Manager
  • Motivated and determined to achieve his work goals. Energetic and dynamic personality with strong communication skills
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar quantitative subject area
  • Demonstrate good industry knowledge about IT Literate (MS Office) SAP
  • Proven communication skills on different management levels as well as towards colleagues, auditors and other third parties

Chief Accountant

to lead their accounting team in Sofia.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of qualified accounting professionals and report directly to the management of the company
  • Responsibility for all accounting, finance, controlling and tax issues
  • Monthly, quarter-end and annual accounts according to Bulgarian law and IFRS
  • Maintain good working relations with government and regulatory authorities as well as assist with inspections and audits
  • Create various reports about the company’s activities and for the needs of the Bulgarian management as well as for the German HQ (in English language). This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial controlling, risk management and investment appraisal

Your profile:

  • A very good university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar
  • Several years of experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Risk Management, preferably as Chief Accountant in an international environment
  • A very good knowledge of tax and accounting regulations, IFRS experience is mandatory
  • You demonstrate strong and proven leadership skills, with a particular focus on fostering cooperation and motivation among your team members
  • Proven communication skills on different management levels as well as towards colleagues, auditors and other third parties
  • Sollid knowledge of MS Office and Excel and specialised accounting software, working experience with SAP is an advantage
