countries, we are currently searching for a new<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Head of Sales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">with a strong understanding of the Bulgarian metallurgical industry's dynamics, trends, and customer needs for their office in Sofia (close to Bulgaria Blvd.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organizing, managing, and supporting the work of the commercial department to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing, planning, and supervising all daily operative sales activities to achieve and exceed performance targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining excellent communication with business partners, fostering trust, and ensuring alignment with mutual goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading efforts to acquire new customers in the domestic markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting regular visits to existing and potential customers to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing, implementing, and continuously refining strategies to increase sales revenue and grow the customer base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring and achieving annual sales goals, overseeing financial performance, and actively participating in annual business planning and forecasting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading negotiations with key accounts and partners, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivating, mentoring, and leading the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting directly to the company director with detailed updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staying updated on industry developments, including advancements in the metallurgical field, and ensuring the company remains competitive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>University degree in economics or related field; candidates with relevant commercial management experience from other educational backgrounds are also welcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 6 years of experience, with a strong focus on sales management, particularly in the metallurgical or manufacturing industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively in achieving ambitious goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional sales, communication, and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational and management skills, reliability, and a professional, proactive approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take on higher responsibilities with confidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate the sales team to excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness and readiness to work in an international team, including frequent travel to meet customers and partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered an asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid B-category driving license with a willingness to travel extensively as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The company
