Retention: Collaborate with managers to recruit top talent, particularly for production roles, and implement strategies to retain skilled workers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive the performance review process, offering coaching and development support to production managers to enhance team performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies, particularly within a production setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support workforce planning and succession planning to ensure the production teams have the necessary staffing levels and skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage HR analytics to track workforce trends, including absenteeism, turnover, and productivity, and use data to drive strategic HR decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health &amp; Safety Collaboration &#8211; partner with the health and safety teams to support safe working practices in the production environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Five years of experience in HR, ideally in a production or automotive environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of labor laws, workforce planning, and employee relations in a manufacturing setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to manage HR operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English;
