Technical Sales Representative in Construction Market \u2013 DIY Retail Sector for the Fastening Technology division in Sofia and Plovdiv in Bulgaria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities
<\/strong>\u2022 Retail Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with DIY retail chains, category managers, and store managers.
\u2022 Product Placement & Merchandising: Optimize shelf visibility, manage planograms, and ensure effective use of POS materials.
\u2022 Technical Retail Support: Provide product training to store staff for customer consultation on fischer solutions.
\u2022 Promotions & Activations: Plan and execute in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and seasonal campaigns.
\u2022 Market Analysis: Monitor retail trends, competitor pricing, and market developments to support business decisions.
\u2022 Sales Growth: Drive turnover growth by expanding product ranges and developing new retail partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your profile
<\/strong>\u2022 Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field preferred.
\u2022 Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in DIY retail or FMCG.
\u2022 Technical Skills: Ability to explain technical products to professionals and DIY customers.
\u2022 Language Skills: Fluent Bulgarian and professional English skills.
\u2022 Software Skills: Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
\u2022 Communication: Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
\u2022 Mobility: Valid driving license and willingness to travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
