Our client is a southern German company with a long history that specializes in the development, construction and trading of machines, software and consumables in advertising technology and textile finishing and is active in forty countries.<\/p>\n

We are looking for a motivated person as part of a long-term outsourcing project to support the German team from Bulgaria as a<\/p>\n

Key Account Manager<\/h2>\n

on a long-term basis.<\/p>\n

Your tasks:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Support and expansion of existing key accounts as well as acquisition of new customers at home and abroad.<\/li>\n
  • Carrying out customer visits (approx. 30 -40 travel days per year) to maintain customer relationships and present our products.<\/li>\n
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales and turnover targets.<\/li>\n
  • Creating offers, negotiating prices and concluding contracts.<\/li>\n
  • Working closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing and product development to ensure optimal customer service.<\/li>\n
  • Market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities and trends.<\/li>\n
  • Attending trade fairs and events to present our products and services.<\/li>\n
  • Communicating by phone, email and chat with existing customers<\/li>\n
  • After-sales calls, churn and other sales promotion measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your profile:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Completed degree in business, sales, marketing or a comparable qualification.<\/li>\n
    • Several years of professional experience in key account management, ideally in the field of
      technical products.<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident and professional demeanor.<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel (approx. 25-40 days per year in various EU-countries) and flexibility.<\/li>\n
    • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working from home.<\/li>\n
    • Very good written and spoken English skills; other language skills (Eastern European languages) are an advantage.
      Technical understanding and affinity for our product range.<\/li>\n
    • Confident use of MS Office tools, the Internet and modern communication and cloud services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
