The company provides solutions for installers, distributors and contractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to their expansion in Bulgaria, they are looking for a motivated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Country Sales Manager<\/strong> (assembly materials)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>General tasks and functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote and sale company products in the assigned area, developing actions to activate the sale and product rotation visiting installers and job sites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detecting the need and having a first contact with customers (installers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing training and producing support material for customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travelling to visit potential customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing and interpreting customer requirements \u2013 speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Persuading them that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solving customer problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting marketing activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaising with other members of staff and other technical experts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visiting sites to promote and show products to installers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing feedback on product features and priorities to Product management and engineering teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Professional background in B2B sales of solutions for the construction sector<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medium Level of English or German<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving license B<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will need to have a company in Bulgaria to issue invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suitable Office \/ Home office  (location is open)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Client offers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attractive compensation (freelance contract)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company car, laptop and mobile phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A lot of freedom to conquer the market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This opportunity sounds attractive for you?
