For our customer, a multinational company in BPO area, we are searching for a Support Associate with Swedish!
Main responsibilities:
- Providing customer support via telephone or e-mail in Swedish
- Providing technical and financial support to the clients
- Teamwork with attend to high quality support
- Accurate and timely escalation of complex cases, when needed
- Work under pressure to tightly controlled deadlines
Skills required:
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- University degree will be considered as an advantage
- Previous work in customer service will be a plus
- Team player
