For one of our clients, a Western European IT-company with a market-leading SaaS-Solution for a specific niche in eCommerce, we are currently searching for a capable and motivated
Head of HR
with a matching industry background. Workplace is in the center of Varna.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and HR management, including coordination of external partners
- Controlling of payroll (outsourced to external service provider)
- Full responsibility for labour contracts and disciplinary measures
- Refine onboarding procedures
- Implement and develop Employer branding strategy
- Design and implementation of employment and development policy for employees
What we expect:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR field, at least partially for a medium or
large IT-organization - Familiar with trends in E-Commerce and software development
- Recruitment skills within the IT industry
- Sound knowledge of the relevant Bulgarian law, in particular its labour code
- Bulgarian language skills on native level
- English language skills on high level (C1)
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
