Account Manager with German
Main responsibilities:
- To develop, establish and maintain good relationship with big portfolio of clients
- To provide tailor made solutions based on client requirements
- To analyze and understand in depth clients’ needs
- To increase clients’ satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Highly proficient in German language (close-to-native or native speaker) with fluent English
- At least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry- a must
- 1-2 years of experience with online payments- advantage
- Hands-on experience with client retention and Account Management
- Service-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and hard working person
- Additional languages –advantage
